How does it work?

Step 1 -Patient drops off the prescription to The Chemist Shop for the item to be compounded.

Step 2 - we call ACP and get you Australia's best price on your compounded medication, as well as an estimated time to arrive back at the pharmacy for pick up

Step 3 - the pharmacy faxes your prescription to ACP so they can get started on your medication promptly and the original prescription is sent by mail to ACP as required by law.

Step 4 - The Chemist Shop will call you once the medication has arrived for collection. The customer pays the invoice which is attached to them from ACP at the pharmacy.

Step 5 - the pharmacy pays the account to ACP on behalf of the customer.

Repeat prescriptions-for any repeats, you may choose ACP to hold on to them for quick ordering or we can have them brought back to you
